"THEY WILL FRAUD YOU! Don’t let some of their nice furniture lure you into doing business with this untrustworthy and unprofessional company. At first I was leasing furniture month-to-month, which went fine. But when I decided to keep it and do rent-to-own, that’s when the problems began. I kept track of every call I had and the balances told to me over the phone so I was sure about how much I was paying. However, Tracy and her assistant dared to attempt having me pay MORE than what I knew I owed. Then on my final payment, I accidentally miscalculated my final balance (including the 25% off she said will be added anytime before the last payment) by one month. Called Tracy today to get that charge adjusted, but she had the audacity to be hostile, rude, and REFUSED to do so. She told me it’s too late, closed my account, and said to call my credit card to get it fixed! If you dare to do business with them, MAKE SURE YOU KEEP TRACK OF WHAT YOUR BALANCES ARE AND RECEIPTS, CONVERSATIONS, AND ONLY USE A CREDIT CARD SO YOU CAN DISPUTE CHARGES THEY WONT FIX. Horrible furniture leasing company. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Should be shut down for fraud."
