"Never thought I have to change my review about this property when I leave. They were awesome as long as I was living there and now they are worst when I left the community. After my move out, this property and the staff showed their true colors. They had my phone number and new address on file and still didn’t send any details of the balance on my account and I directly got to hear about the debt collection from a different source, which is a big mess for me to clean up which could have been a very easy thing to sort out if this was handled properly. And I don’t want to go in details of the ridiculous charges they have applied to my account, that’s another beast I need to deal with now. Very old property and huge living cost, not worth it."

"We lived in the apartments for more than two years. And in the last month of our stay in the apartment, the air conditioner broke down and we did not fix it for almost a whole month. Despite the fact that it was summer in August and I have two small children. We had to sleep in a hotel. The temperature in the apartment reached 90 and it was unbearable. A week before we left we had a small air conditioner installed in one bedroom window. But it was negligible for a large apartment. They spoke very rudely and refused to compensate for the damage."

"The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance staff is very fast at handling complaints. And the office staff are very nice and top notch. Ms. Kathy is amazing, but, the walls, ceiling, and windows are PAPER THIN. You can literally hear everything happening around you at all time. Maybe I was the oddball out? But in the morning I could hear birds outside like they were inside and when my rude downstairs neighbor played loud music my furniture would shake. If you're not sensitive to noise, it's a nice place to live."

"I just moved in and I’m loving it. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. The process was easy. Kathy and the office staff were amazing to work with. I turned in my inspection sheet and not even 5 minutes later maintenance was over, Tom and Brian are really nice and was prompt on getting the things done that we needed. 100% recommend to anyone looking to move here."

"Overpriced for what you get I'm not talking about the lack of a pool etc. The walls are like paper. The neighbor next to me slams doors constantly blasts loud music and lets their baby cry non stop. all hours of the day and night these neighbors above, below and next to me are slamming doors, and sounding like a stampede running into walls so hard that it vibrates items off of my book case. I seriously have no idea what they are doing. The ladies at the office dont care whatsoever. No parking whatsoever. They allow PODS to take up parking spaces and junky cars that do not run are parked in handicapped, when actual handicapped individuals cannot park in a handicap spot. The humidity is so bad there the walls drip with condensation. If I wanted this level of "luxury" I would have moved to Cedar Springs at about 300 bucks less a month. Silly. Looking forward to when my lease is up so I can go somewhere and get some sleep."
