Express Kabob

"The Chapli Kabob burger was not good but instead extraordinary! The masala is also really flavorful and spicy, and the lamb koobideh was so rich with flavor that it was overwhelming my taste buds. However, I did see that the staff drinks & eats food in front of you in the kitchen, which is sort of unsanitary but otherwise it is a really good restaurant."

"I've been meaning to try Express Kabob for years and after noticing they had Afghan iterations on kabobs (Chapli) and momo/baozi (Mantu) I finally made it there. The mantu is filled with meat and onions, steamed and covered in yogurt sauce with a tomato sauce drizzle. They were delicious. For an entree, I had a chapli kabob plate with hummus, salad and rice pilaf. Chapli is more of a patty than a kubideh or kofta with a wonderful flavor that was enhanced by the two sauces provided at the table. One subtle highlight of my meal was the naan freshly baked in an electric tandoori located behind the service counter. I cannot recommend Express Kabob more highly."

"I couldn’t say better things about the food and the service provided for me and family tonight by Nawid! We all truly enjoyed everything we ordered and the hospitality we received was the cherry on top! We started with the potato and leeks Bolani, it was flavorful, flaky, well seasoned and absolutely delicious. I can honestly say the hummus was the best hummus I’ve ever had, it was so creamy and flavorful. You can taste how fresh and homemade it was! I can go on and on about how good the food was, but go and have a taste for yourself. You won’t regret it. Myself and my family will definitely be coming back here time after time!"
