"To say it's been a roller coaster living here for more than 10 years is an understatement. It's been a struggle with multiple management companies coming and going here the entire time... Until recently. New owner, Joe, and the new manager, Matt, are making big changes. Renovations of the apartments are ongoing, and Matt is very eager about new enhancements coming soon. This manager seems to be very willing to listen to issues, talk openly, and move forward with solutions. Such a welcome change!! I am now looking forward to seeing everything to come."

"Don’t even bother applying. I’m a tenant here and management is horrible. Been here since 2016 and it has been 4 new owners since. They don’t fix anything and the property is falling apart. They love to remind you when the rent is do but you can NEVER get them to fix anything. Can’t wait till my lease is up!"

"Do not apply. I paid an app fee 4 weeks ago, and still cannot get anyone on the phone for a yes or no. The manager was out of town for 2 weeks and assured me that someone was supposed to process the paper work. Now his cell goes straight to voicemail. Don't waste your money."
