"I have been here for almost a year and I love it. We don’t have any bugs and maintenance may take a couple days but overall they are usually on top of things. The only problems we have had is the crazy lady who just moved in next door with her son. She’s always screaming at him and the neighbors because she’s ghetto fabulous but after tonight and her going after two separate neighbors, I’m positive she will be evicted. This is usually a pretty quiet place with hard working people who keep to themselves. Overall, no complaints."

"Update 10/2/2020: DO NOT MOVE HERE. Since Covid-19 pest control has not been out at all. Months later this place has bugs and I have no idea where they are coming from. They are in cabinets that have no food, like pots and pans and even in the dishwasher. I have been begging to have someone come out. I have called so many times. I have been told I am "on the list" for weeks, but apparently their apartments are so bug infested they haven't gotten to me. I hate this place with a passion!!! The location is good and schools are great but maintenance is awful. It takes weeks, sometimes months or even years to get things fixed, if ever. I have been here over 10 years and have never gotten anything fixed without multiple calls and complaints. I stayed here because of finances and the schools, but now the kids are grown and I can't wait to move out when my lease is up. The ceiling by my sliding door has leaked every time it rains heavily as long as I have lived here. After about 5 years, I gave up trying. When it rotted out the carpet, they stuck a piece of carpet in the hole and didn't even install it properly so it is frayed and unraveled around the edges. It took over a year to get the wall in my bathroom patched when they ripped it out to fix a pipe and instead of repairing the drywall, they just stuck a plate over it. For the second time in a month, my bathroom sink won't drain. It took over 2 weeks to get it fixed last time and I currently still have standing water that is nasty and stinks. It has been there 4 days now and I have called and reported it 3 times. Everyone I speak to is friendly and promises to get it taken care of, but never do. If you can afford to go anywhere else, I recommend you do."
