"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. We found cockroaches in September and they sent a general pest control person ONCE after I sent them a dozen pictures. This didn’t do anything we still have roaches in our $1500 apartment. The property manager or whatever she is Dillon was completely rude and disrespectful to me when I was trying to turn in my 60 day notice because getting up and unlocking the door for me was such a inconvenience to her. I’m livid. Worst year ever."
"My visit to this apartment complex was a complete letdown. I walked in to get more information about units for rent. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional. I wouldn't consider renting from here, and I strongly advise against it for anyone else."
"Would give 0 stars if possible. Management does not have ANY presence on the property. They are completely unresponsive. Once you move in, you’ll never hear from them again."
"Moved in around Jan of 2022. We have been without Ac for over a month and nothing has changed. 4 or 5 repair men have been by to check it out but have done nothing. A few months back we had a leak in our ceiling from our upstairs neighbor they still have not finished the sheet rock replacement or painted the hole they cut. The office can not keep managers or maintenance workers to save their lives. The phone numbers they have listed don't work so you end up calling corporate, but they have no idea what goes on here in Kentucky they are not based here."
"Do not even consider a lease here. Management will not address a vast majority of your maintenance requests. After providing you with zero services in the aging apartments, in which the electricity constantly flickers and few if any doors are fully operational, the management team — which includes some of the most unpleasant people I have ever encountered, all the way down to the front desk worker — will try to erroneously charge you for fees upon your moving out. The complex owed my family about a half-month’s rent that was pro-rated when we moved out mid-month earlier this year. But after ignoring our inquiries about the refund for six months, they’ve finally responded with a number of fabricated charges, claiming we somehow owe them money. To reiterate, this complex only responded with these charges after we asked where our money was. They could not be bothered to address nearly any of our maintenance requests. It took them a year to fix our non-functioning patio door, and when they finally did that, they broke the screen door. They never fixed the screen. They also left us without power (including A/C) for four days when it went out in August. When it’s not completely out, the electricity constantly flickers. I have never had a worse experience with a rental unit or management team. Do not trust this company or any complex they own."
