All Peddlers

"I had confirmed an order with vendor here that he left with my name and price on it. $1000 deposit was given to hold the equipment for the rest to be paid at pickup. When I arrived I asked where the order was and they said they sold it last week and I quote “I just assumed that was you” despite and invoice and name being in the order. Then I was told that’s not their problem and they didn’t do anything wrong. If that’s the place you want to do business with as a vendor or buyer know they do not care about any form of proper business."

"started to walk in this mall....noticed the sign about purse size but mine has never been an issue before...12 inches tall...x 13 wide...lady says you cannot come in...your purse too big...I put up next the piece of paper on door..it seem to fit to me maybe a fraction too big....THIS IS CRAZY...what am i going to steal in a purse that is 12 x 13 inches big in a store of furniture, household items..... place was empty ...cannot fathom that they can stand to lose business over 1 inch of purse size."

"They only get two stars because I bought a defective air mattress with leaks that I had to get tape that they use on boats to cover. Everything is sold 60 percent of the time you buy defective. No manager no return policy. No quality control meaning they take the time to actually examine if there's something wrong with the product that the people are trying to sell through them. And very poor customer service"

"If I could rate this place a zero I would. We had a terrible customer service experience yesterday. My 94 year old father asked the manager of the All Peddlers on Preston if all sales were final and she answered loudly "YES ALL SALES ARE FINAL". He thanked her and she turned and walked away. My dad then said to my mother he didnt like her attitude. She overheard this and called him out on it when he went to buy something, embarrassing him and upsetting him, which absolutely wasn't necessary. We will never go back in there. I tried to defend my dad and she started coming down on me. Im 54 and never have I ever witnessed a manager with such poor people skills. I want the public to know before you go in here that you will have to deal with terrible customer service. It is sad but she thinks she can get away with this type of behavior. Anyone who would upset a frail 94 year old man definitely has a cold heart! She also said she was surprised my dad would want to buy from "her" since he said he didnt like her. My dad told her he didnt say that and she still wouldn't let him buy some Christmas bells he wanted for our door when we were leaving....Terrible!!!! I hope someone reads this. I worked in customer service for years and i had plenty of people upset me but I never showed it to the customer. She really has a lot to learn! A lot of business is going to be lost if management doesn't get better than this!!"

"If you’re going here please go with a friend to be safe and do not separate from them. i stopped going here because of how uncomfortable the back of the store made me. most of the time the people in there are creepy and the ladies that work the cash register are very rude. 0/10 will not return"
