"Please don't let the bad reviews steer you from giving this place a try ... We seen this new local thrift shop while driving by and took a chance to try it out. We had just came from Goodwill - so we were expecting that same type of experience here. When we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly smiles and a clean presentation . We got to meet Cindy, not only was she very helpful but showed a lot of care for what she does. SUCH a different experience than any other local thrift stores. Their profits help towards Make a Wish foundation ! The prices were also very reasonable , shirts were a dollar each ... can't beat it. The overall vibe of the staff and building changed our day and left us smiling as well. We will be back ! The negative reviews seem to be dishonest. PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE !!"

"The Wishing Well is a great new thrift store in New Albany. The staff is friendly and a portion (not all) of what they make goes to help Make-A-Wish and helping the community. They have a nice bin out back where they are always accepting donations, and also have a collection bin in the store so you can give directly to Make-A-Wish. Happy to see a store like this in Floyd Co!"
