"I’m in love with my couch. I’m not happy with the service. I opted to finance my purchase. I provided my information and my proper identification and my application was still submitted with wrong information. They’re unable to assist me to correct it. I have to go through the finance company who says I can make payment they just can’t allow me access to my account because the date of birth provided is wrong. They can’t correct it without me mailing a copy of my ID card to a PO Box in Philadelphia, to be reviewed and corrected in x amount of business days upon being received."

"Unfortunately we didn’t receive the customer service everyone else did. We had to consistently look for updates and employees would just say whatever to leave us “content”. The waiting period for my dining table would’ve been understanding if they didn’t continuously keep giving us the run around. One person would say one thing and another would say something else. No one was on the right page. To make matters worse, my table was damaged and replaced. But of course they said whatever to keep us “happy”. “It’ll be delivered today or tomorrow” and it was delivered a week later. I don’t mind the waiting. I didn’t like their responses because they were just assuming."

"Great customer service and very attentive. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the living room set we purchased. We got same day delivery. The gentlemen that delivered were very careful when dropping off the living room. Will definitely be a retuning customer."
