"The Goddard School of Round Rock has been amazing for my family and child who attend. The administration staff has been working together at that school for close to 10 years. They are approachable and welcoming. They have even learned the name of my child who does not attend the center but is with me during pick up and drop off. The admin and teachers welcome her and have developed a relationship with her as well. I can not say enough great things about this school!"

"Overall, our experience with this business has been positive. The majority of the teachers and administration have shown genuine care and dedication in forming relationships with the children, which we greatly appreciated. However, our experience took a turn when our son had difficulty adjusting to a new classroom and teacher after almost six months of smooth attendance. We met with the administration multiple times, collaborated on strategies, and sought outside help to support his transition. Despite our sincere efforts and commitment to working together, it was disappointing when they eventually made the decision to discontinue his enrollment. We understand that businesses have to make tough decisions, but it felt somewhat callous in the context of what was a potentially traumatic change in our child's life. What added to our surprise was the timing of their decision, which gave us only four days' notice before his last day of service on that Friday. This seemed hypocritical given the policy of requiring several weeks' notice for disenrollment upon a customer's request, whereas we, the parents, were provided with much less notice. Fortunately, we were able to find a new daycare quickly, although this transition did introduce some anxiety for our child. We hope that our feedback can contribute to improvements in communication and understanding between parents and the administration in the future."

"When we first enrolled our son, we were nervous about how he’ll do since it’s his first time attending any type of school setting. It’s been 4 months, and he loves it. Thank you to Ms. Courtney and Ms. Ashley for making school so much fun with all the great activities that they get to do every day. We get to see daily updates of what he does in class. He always come home talking about how much fun he has at school. Thank you to both teachers for all that they do and the hard work they put into every single day! We appreciate you."

I can tell that they enjoy the work they do and they are very patient and friendly. My son enjoys going to school and talks about them every time we drive by the school. He enjoys going to class and learning from all the fun activities they present. Keep up the awesome work!"
