"Absolutely love this daycare. Our daughter has been there for over 8months. Not only does she love her class and comes home very happy everyday. She learns so much! They do so many events for all the little ones and they send us lots pictures throughout the day. I always look forward to seeing their newsletter of the month to see all the fun events going on! I Very happy here!"
"So, were new in this school. but i already have the idea how's Montessori teaching is to the kids. i've read every comment and i do understand every parent concern and experiences. so far my son have started since AUG.3 he was supposed to start since april but due to covid and us moving in a diff area it made me push back. but so far things seems going very well with our son. i've never seen him happy and excited to get up in the morning at 7am for a 2 yr old. just to go to school. on top of that ive seen a lot of diff in him, even before i've started molding him to some kind of learning at home. he shows a lot of interest in learning, his a quick learner and very observant. on top of that we do follow up skills on him every after end of school week like weekend. to see if he remembers all the things he learn in school and he does. I dont know all the staff yet pretty well ive met some, but never got the chance to meet them personally and get to know them. hopefully that will come soon. but for the most part i like them. i know if something is not right about someone, my son can see and feel the same way. so far no signs of anything which is great! so im glad that his enjoying this school, and learning quick and hope it will stays that way. looking forward for all the adventures of my son in OWM. and im glad that they always sent me updates and pictures of his progress. in that way i feel ease that everything is ok."
"I am here to respond to Ms. Daisy’s acquisitions. I’m wearing 2 hats (parent & teacher/co-worker) and both will show that her response to being “let go” is just a false flag. As a parent, I love my child’s environment, and her teachers. And sure Ms.Daisy is sweet & caring. It’s the least skill/ qualification you should have when working at this school. But that’s about it, I don’t think my child could learn anything from her as she has shown to be incapable of keeping an environment safe and clean. She dresses improper (showing off too many cracks and skin) and ditched the children and teachers, way too many times! As a teacher/ co-worker, there are many things to mention: Jodi & Suma are great administrators, who are trusty and will give you chances to get your act together. Ms.Daisy has abused that trust with her team, by always coming in late, calling in last-minute or even stay out w/o notice! Expecting the team to cover up/ fill in, for the lack of her responsibilities. The team questioned and was not happy when learning about her being hired again. But she would do as a floater, and even that was too much for her... Calling out that you will send Inspection investigate, every time you disagree, shows how immature you really are. You have wasted the inspectors time, and everything is just fine. Last and not least, there are many teachers who have been here around since it first opened its doors 10 years ago. Some come and go. Some who go, come back. And prior to starting here, I’ve worked and looked at other schools. Now, I’ve been around 5 years and I’m not planning to go anywhere. Like many teachers who have been around, we are happy with all that school has to offer."
"I have had 3 of my children at this school for over 2 years. They have been in classrooms from Infant C to Primary and I have had an exceptionally good experience. The teachers are amazing, and my children have thrived from a learning and development perspective. I truly love the teachers and know they have genuine love for my children."
"We have 3 children attending PCMA currently. Our eldest has been attending since only a few months after the school opened and we have never had any sort of negative experience in those 4 years. Our eldest has been in every classroom from Infant B to Primary. All of our children started the school at 1 year of age and started in Infant B. The same lead teacher has been in that class the entire 4 years and she provides exceptional care to every baby entrusted to her. Her assistant teacher has been there for almost as long and I've never met anyone with the capacity to love babies more than that positive and affectionate woman. I smile every day when I see her. I do know the teachers in Infant A and they are just wonderful. The teachers in Infant C have changed more over the years, but the current lead teacher has been with the school since it opened and I know our youngest is getting great care from all 3 of his loving teachers. The core team in Toddler 1 has been consistent for over 2 years and they do an amazing job with a very challenging age group. The team in Toddler 2 has changed from time to time, but the Teacher's placed in that class have always been very soft spoken and nurturing. They have also been invaluable in the process of potty training. The lead teacher in Toddler 3, well, we just love her so! She has truly been a wonderful resource for us in so many ways. The teachers in Primary went through some changes in the last year, but all of the teachers in both classes are really strong and the changes have not had any negative impact on our child, who is quite sensitive and resistant to change in general. The primary teachers do an excellent job of reinforcing boundaries and fostering independence and respect. Collectively, our children have been in the care of every teacher and assistant on staff at some point and I have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of them. I think PCMA has done an exceptional job of staffing the school with kind and nurturing caregivers. I think of them as an extension to our family as we have learned a great deal about parenting from these child care professionals and have partnered with them to overcome challenges at various stages of our children’s development. Their encouragement and support has been a lifesaver for us. Our children are happy and thriving in this environment. They are fed 2 meals a day and snacks. This is huge for our family. I know dozens of the children in the school and have watched them grow with our 2 eldest into bright and eager learners. With our youngest, I am getting to know more of the younger children as well. I have the utmost confidence in this school and the caregivers who choose to work there. I also find the majority of the parents and students attending the school are respectful to one another. I've personally found myself in situations when I needed a little help, and there was always a parent nearby that didn't hesitate to give me a hand. I've been fortunate enough to return the favor several times as well. There is a sense of community there, that I really appreciate. The telltale sign for me that my children are happy is that they are NEVER in a hurry to leave at the end of the day. They would much rather keep playing outside or keep working in class. Instead of hurrying to get home, they take time to stop by the other classes and wave at or blow kisses to previous teachers or drop by their siblings' classes. I often find myself hurrying to go pick them up a little early only to find they are not ready to leave. That says a lot to me."
