"Mrs. Carolyn the owner/director is very nice and professional. However, the staff with the exception of 2 people are not. Everytime I have dropped off and picked up my child, I'm met with unhappy, non smiling faces. I have addressed several staff concerns with Mrs. Carolyn and her sister, and I believe they addressed them. But, the rude attitude from staff continues. In fact, I think it's gotten worse since I've complained. Now I really get the "stank eye". I saw one of the employee's at the store, and she did her best to ignore me and pretend she didn't see me. A further indication my complaints were addressed, because she was one of the staff I specifically complained about. As far as the quality of care. I can say my child seems happy and taken care of and I don't have any issues with care. I just wonder if staff won't acknowledge or make eye contact with the parent, do they do the same with my child. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be bringing my child back. I'm just uncomfortable with some of the staff working there."
