"Very clean and professional atmosphere I was considering allowing my child to attend but one day I came into the center for a tour an witnessed one of infant teachers taking a nap with her shoes off fan in her face and thick fluffy grey blanket I asked to speak to the head person in charge who I was then told was named Natalie and she wasn’t on site at the moment that I had just missed her I was given her contact information so I could discuss further on if I was going to allow my child to attend but what Ms. Natalie didn’t know was that I was going to send her a picture of what I seen and told her that if the matter wasn’t addressed that I would be filing a complaint for negligence Ms. Natalie was unaware of the situation and responded promptly and advised me that she would handle the matter appropriately I was then invited back to center for a meeting and offered tour with the director Natalie who advised me that the situation has been handled needless to say there was a new infant teacher in place and my son is now attending Mama Carolyn’s Daycare and he’s happy as ever"
