"We've had a really great experience with this daycare. Our little guy is here a couple of days a week and always enjoys the outdoor activities they provide. It's also got a cool hill country vibe that is somehow surviving the population explosion around dripping springs. Melissa is really thoughtful with how she runs the facility. The teachers have been wonderful - Miss Jessika and Leila are always very sweet and nurturing. Highly recommended."

"Our son absolutely loves Mama Melli’s! He loves playing outside and having the ability to run wild (while staying safe) and get dirty! The teachers are very kind and caring and he an absolutely adores them! As a parent, I love the app and all the photos they upload EVERY day! It’s always great to see how much fun my kiddo is having. It is also a huge perk to have the ability to openly communicate to the director who has a strong presence in the classroom. This is very reassuring!"

"Our daughter has gone to Mama Melli for almost a year now and we are so happy with our decision to enroll her here! She was previously at a more traditional daycare and she was getting sick all of the time and we didn’t like that she only got 30-45mins outside and how rigid the teachers were with the schedule. Our daughter has truly loved being here and we love having her there. It’s helped her grow past texture sensitivities and how to adapt to different weather. She’s made a couple of close girl friends. She rarely gets sick because they’re outside all of the time. The teachers are great at knowing when the weather might be too hot or too freezing to have the kiddos outside and plans are put in place for fun indoor activities. They practice a lot of wonderful methods of diverting, gentle discipline, and teaching kids how to give each other space when they’re overwhelmed. Lastly, things were pretty bumpy a few months ago and we were looking into putting our child in a different daycare….however….Melissa (the owner) made a lot of hard decisions that quite frankly were the reason why we decided to keep our child here. Melissa is very vulnerable. She does what it takes to uphold the values she has implemented at the school and in turn it’s provided a very transparent and safe space for our daughter. Everywhere that has people will get messy emotionally from time to time but I definitely recommend this place if you’re wanting somewhere your kids can be free but in a safe space and to genuinely feel a connection and trust with the ownership and staff."

"We were lucky to get a spot at Mama Melli’s the day I was scheduled to go back to work from maternity leave. It sounded like a magical place for our son and were thrilled he could go. We love that its on a farm, the kids get to play outside most of the day, and our son has made the best friends there. The owner is super compassionate and also very easy to talk to. Its clear she cares about the kids, the families, and the teachers. The teachers are always enthusiastic when our son arrives and always say something positive when he leaves. There was one special teacher who was with our son from his very first day and we’ll always be so grateful for the time they had together."
