Down to the staff, customer service, and even the director Ms.Sonya, It was a very stressful situation with NCI trying to connect them with her daycare but she walked me through the whole step. And The Kids absolutely love the staff, If I could refer the whole world to Kidz Kreation I would in a heartbeat"

"Things started great at the beginning, but now it’s changing. I only went because my daughters previous daycare had to many issues w closing their offices and sending my child home for any reason. I was a little hesitant to try a second daycare because it cost more money, but I decided to give it a shot. Staff are not as great anymore. Today, I tried letting the director know my child could not attend daycare due to her being sick. Ms Sonya’s Response (director) was “ sorry about your daughter but you have to give me a 2 weeks notice, so full payment is required because business is business and her bills have to get paid too” ! Like wow, I’m in disbelief, how can I know she’ll be sick. This is very upsetting, please make sure to do some better research before bringing your child here. It’s not even about the money, it’s how bad her response was."

"There is just no way to describe how amazing this facility is. If you are looking for excellent child care for your children, this is the place to go. There is no doubt that Sonya is an amazing director. There is a great deal of quality education provided, and the staff is courteous and competent."

"I moved out here a year ago and from day one I walk in this place and I felted love Mrs Sonya the owner and her employees we’re playing with my babies while I did my application of course I’m in a town where I don’t know anyone. A year later I’m saying my goodbyes to this daycare the experience was so loved felt and warming they treated each and everyone of my kids like their own my son is autistic and they were so patient and understanding when it came to him . When I had my newborn they were so loving spoiling her everything was to good to be true as I say my goodbyes I realized how much everyone had their own person bond with my kids and you won’t find that anywhere . Even when I needed resources she was there to help and guide me. I recommend everyone to try or even visit this place. They are a true family oriented daycare. My kids learned so much there and use to beg to go to daycare everyday . They made me feel like I was home . I love theses people."
