"My 3-year old son got bruise on his arm and adult finger nail scratch on his ear one day when I picked him up. The teacher said she did not know what has happened to him and guessed that maybe some parents have done that because my son tried to hug every parents tightly when they come to pick up their kids. But my son told me the teacher has pinched his ear when he refused to take the nap. And that is not the worst. The worst is that when I asked them to provide an incident report about what happened, they lied that: "After speaking with staff, no teacher observed a bruise or scratch while in care", signed by Loni Spier, whom saw the bruise and scratch at the very first place."

"Horrible, I wish they had zero star option. No experience with child care but I had to get my child in for june. Was told last month that can't start June 1st since the other kid ( going to toddler class ) not yet ready I understood and asked them about my sons start day. They are clueless. Was told I ll be told today 5/30, just at the eleventh hour and I actually waited but no reply yet. My question is if they can't commit to call in time for such a critical issue how can they commit to child care. They recommended me to get back up child care offered by my hospital ( am an oncologist) but they have no idea that a different person shows up at your door everyday, another concern for me is that they don't understand child's psychology. At this age my son is learning to interact with people and building trust. As per admins thought he should have to struggle everyday to trust a stranger, interesting. If somebody asks me I am actually thankful that my son is not going there, it's better for him. Just FYI the review here with 5 star is director herself so beware of fake reviews by them ."
