La Petite Academy on Briar Forest Dr

"I finally have time to write a review. My child went here from about 6 months until she was 3 1/2. I only stayed this long because of her her teachers, that left and that's when thins started going LEFT! Plus she was getting ready to start elementary school. Please and I mean Please do NOT send your child here. I wouldn't even send my dog, cat, beloved animal here. The unprofessionalism, non education, care given to children here is inhuman. I'm honestly surprised this facility is still operating! If I could give this place -0 I would. I won't even go into the details of how unfair and the foul language spoken to my child, but just know this place is NOT for your child, especially if you love them cause, the staff sure doesn't! They change staff like clock work and have the cook watching the kids. Do NOT do it!!"

"What an awful experience to leave our kids there first time in their lives and see them screaming and crying for over two hours and no one give them water, milk, or breakfast. It was so heart breaking to witness that and we went to get them and will never ever go back there. There is no "high standard". In fact there is no standard whatsoever. Unless you are a cruel and careless parent, you don't want to send your kid there."

"Do not send your children here! First day ever of daycare for our 14 month old twins today. We had to insist on being given access to the app to see the video feed and had no access to check them in / out in the system be ause after 3 days it still wasn't set up. They left our babies sitting on the floor crying and upset for over 1.5 hrs without any attempt to soothe or encourage them. I saw an adult my babies had never met, march up to our girl, grab her diaper area then march away again leaving her shocked and very upset. We were told they'd get breakfast at 08:40 but they were not even given water until after I called at 9:15 and complained! The director told me she would go fix things and call me back - she never called back. We picked up our screaming, starving kids at 10:30 (taking off work to go) and informed them we would never go back."

"I absolutely love this place! Sana Sajeel, the director is extraordinary with children. She is the reason that we came for a tour, enrolled immediate, and had the most gentle transition possible. Sana is not only compassionate and knowledgeable about early child education, but also organized and professional. The facility that she runs is clean, regimented, fun, inclusive, and joyful for children. After seeing my daughters journey here from tears in the beginning to now running to the door excited to join the class every day, I feel such peace and comfort knowing she is in the best care. The food is wonderful and the care is exceptional. Not to mention, the parental access to cameras gives peace of mind that you know what your child is doing Amd how he/she is being cared for at all times. I cannot recommend the 11803 Briar forest Dr. location enough. Forever grateful to have found La Petite."

"The director puts a lot of effort into making the families comfortable. I enjoy the structure the kids are actually learning all day & still having fun. The children are healthy and the teachers. I really have no complaints & It is not easy to work with children that have so many various needs yet they work as a team and get the job done!! I appreciate the staff here!! Very excited to start my children soon. With love Thank you so much!!"
