"I needed a babysitter for my daughter, so at first glance everything seemed ok and they had drop offs which worked perfectly for me because I am self employed, they told me to call the day before I needed child care to make sure they have space, no problem right? Wrong…. I called to let them know my daughter would be coming the next day and they said no because the infant teacher would be gone on vacation, ok fine, then all of a sudden it was are you going to be bringing your child full time because we have workers going on and off vacation? I said I can it was no problem and all of a sudden she tells me no, they have no spots available for my child, I was ready to pay full time though I didn’t need it, and it was because of all the good reviews I saw on here so I was like I guess I can rest if not working and let my daughter be around other babies, and it broke my heart I just said ok and hung up, they were very unprofessional, rude and not available for my baby, every time I went in there it was something, I wouldn’t recommend them….. To come from another state and have nobody to help you so you try to depend on a daycare and they let you down is the worse and myself and my daughter deserved better treatment."
