"This was the first daycare my son had. I chose him because of the schedules and because he had good opinions. At first everything seemed to be going well, but over time I realized that it was not a good place. She worked there (hopefully she's gone), a negligent employee, who left the children unsupervised, turned the TV on at full volume, how was she going to listen to the children like that? One day my child was bitten under her care, a child older than him, I wonder what she was doing that she did not find out what happened, no one notified me, I realized when I got home, unfortunately my child still did not speak And he couldn't tell me. And I so regret not taking action with that horrible place! The last weeks that my son spent here were very sad, I don't know what was happening, but for him it was horrible to stay there every day, and my soul ached every time I left him, but I had to work while looking for another place Better, I had no one to help me. I feel guilty because I think my son was suffering a lot there and I should have denounced them. The day my child started the new daycare, our lives changed, my child became a happy child. The owners of this place showed me that the only thing they care about is money. And the employees were hypocritical and irresponsible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE, THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES, I ASSURE YOU."

"My children have attended both locations over the past year. The owners are very supportive of me as a parent with excellent communication always keeping me informed. Before enrollment I was given a tour and a mini orientation on what to expect from the facility. For the safety and health of the children I understand why foot traffic in & out of the facility is limited. I must say that this daycare facility is super clean and always sanitized offering good structure for the children which puts the children at ease knowing what to except. I’m very pleased with the measures that the owners have taken to assist in the prevention of not spreading COVID-19. As, business owner myself of multiple businesses. I am grateful to have found this facility. If you are in need of proper childcare. I highly recommend reaching out and scheduling your tour and orientation; I believe you will be just as pleased as I am with Tick Tots Around The Clock!"

"I have been using Tick Tots for the last 3 years for childcare for my son when I come to Houston. The director, owner and their staff have been nothing but professional, understanding and helpful with our family. Providing such a valuable service to the community with 24 hour daycare services (which is usually unheard of), it is so sad to see other black women on here trying to tear this black business down when I am more than sure that this has to do with the fact that they were probably dismissed or their children were not accepted to childcare. The owners are lovely people and their passion to provide excellent childcare to children is more than you will find with other daycare facilities. As a fellow business owner, I highly recommend this childcare facility. Please use your own judgment when deciding a childcare facility and don't base it off of unsubstantiated complaints from disgruntled, dismissed parents."

"My child has been going here since December 2017, and he LOVES this place, and so do I! No place is perfect, but I feel very safe and confident about bringing my child to this daycare at any time, whether, day or night. He has learned so much, and is very intelligent. They also taught him how to potty train, and stand up to pee. I would definitely recommend this place."

"My kids love this amazing place. First they started part-time and even on Saturdays she would ask me if she can go to the new school. I love their reaction every day as we approach to the entrance. The staff treat you with respect and kindness. My big kid has been in 3 different daycare and so far she loves going here, in the last one she cried every morning and afternoon, when I dropped/picked her up. I just simply love that my kids love this place. Btw the kids eat good food prepared on site. Highly recommended. Thanks for treating my kids with love and kindness!!"
