"So disappointed with this daycare!! I really wanted to like this place. The staff was friendly and very polite however this daycare is poorly managed, unprofessional, and unorganized. When it was time to pick my son up, I would notify the staff through their app that I was on my way. Then, when I pulled into the parking lot I would notify again that I was there. Once in the building I would wait and wait for someone to even acknowledge that I was there. No receptionist or anyone in the front. When I would look into my son's classroom, I would see all of these 3 and 4 year old toddlers left alone in their classroom. No teacher in sight. My son would just push the door open and let himself out. The first time it happened, his teacher had no idea my son was even out of the classroom. When I brought this to the attention of the director, she said the teacher was in the bathroom. Completely unacceptable!! If one teacher has to step out, then another one should be available to watch the children. This happened on several occasions. People hold the front door open to let others in. Just really unsafe and unprofessional. I ended up having to unenroll my child. Also, this review is not fake. I'm an actual parent not a disgruntled employee. Your response alone shows the unprofessionalism, which would explain the high turn over of employees. How is picking up my child from school tiggering? That's ridiculous. Every child is happy to see their parents come pick them up. If me or my child was the problem, then why let go of your director? Apparently, there were already issues. Almost every time I came to pick up my child he was not being watched, saw me at the door and came out. This happened so many times, the last time I motioned for him to come because NO ONE WAS WATCHING HIM! and I was fed up at this point. As I stated before, I had already spoke to someone about this and it kept happening. This is not a rant, I am simply warning other parents beforehand. Be humble enough to accept crticism and do better!"
"Can’t say enough positive words to describe this childcare center! Most welcoming, warm, loving and understanding staff ever! Treated my child like their very own. Facility is always clean, provides great meals to the kids and even takes the children on field trip throughout the year. Would definitely recommend 10/10!"
"Before I enrolled my daughter I called and spoke to the director asking if they had an opening for a 4 year old. She replied yes okay after that I also asked if they take kids with austim she replied yes stating that they had or have a few that are enrolled there now. I said okay great I could stop by so they can meet my daughter. We came to the facility and met with the teachers looked at the room she would be in and etc. I let her know I would bring my daughter tomorrow with the forms filled out and the tuition payment. I dropped her off everything was fine I gave her everything and walked my daughter to class. So I arrive to happy kids and I go inside the older lady with the blonde hair gave me a funny hi a teacher I’ve never met or anything walked up to me gave me a note and walked me to get my daughter in the process I’m reading the note that states we regret to inform you that we can no longer care for your daughter she needs one on one care and they don’t have that WOW I’m confused what one on one care is this is a daycare which I knew that prior to enrollment and when I left my daughter she was fine the only thing my daughter doesn’t do is verbally talk which was told to TAMEIKA everything about my daughter was told to her and the nerve that she was in the office but couldn’t face me is ridiculous because she knew she was wrong not to mention she had my daughters things in the office like they already had her packed up to get out of there and I’m pretty sure if my daughter was doing anything that I would have got a phone call at work. Then otw home I noticed another child’s things were in my daughters bag that’s how fast they packed her up I sent her with a bag of brand new pull-ups and wipes she came back with a little boys change of clothes in her bag and his pull-ups and wipes all I have to say is if your child has austim do not send them here they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not organized at all. Oh and they gave me $110 back and kept $50 for a drop in fee smh after they inconvenienced me. I wouldn’t send my DOG here!"
"First I would say my experience with this daycare was one to remember. I had a few concerns but all in all my daughter loved it here and it was like a home for her I do feel as if the director should hire teachers that are far better with keeping up with the toddlers but all in all they were a true blessing. I am a stickler about my child's health so after finding different children's mask in my daughters belongings after informing the director once before her father and I decide to move her because of the conditions of health its COVID season at the current time so I just feel as if certain things were tended to a little bit closer this place would skyrocket but Ms. Judy as well as the owners did everything possible to make us fell comfortable"
"When we needed childcare I saw a banner as I was driving and I went and checked it out. The school is so nice, clean, everything looks brand new and the staff were so friendly. We ended up enrolling our three year old daughter and I feel like we found a unicorn of a daycare. Every member of the staff knows each of the kids personally, the director is just like everyone grandma. The owners are some of the kindest people I have met, all they want is to help the parents. The teachers they have hired are amazing as well. In two months time my three year old is able to write her name, which she could even write a letter when she started. We feel like they have become part of our family. My daughter loves going to school and she talks about her teachers and friends nonstop. I would recommend this daycare to everyone! I am so proud and happy we made the choice to use Happy Kids Stop n’play, so excited that I have been telling everyone and I have been handing out their business cards to people I see when I’m out and about."
