"Well well came in to use the bathroom super friendly staff whats the point something but what's the point cuz all the bathrooms around are around Round Rock high School are off limits I guess to the only store associates that work at these bathrooms"

"I have been a customer of 7-Eleven for 8 years or more. The experience has gone from very good to unpredictable. It depends on who is working most of the time. There is a high overturn of employees. And first hand from their mouth have been that they are overworked, do not receive their pay on time, nor do they receive the time and a half after working over the 40 hours that the manager has agreed upon. Some of the employees ring up items incorrectly on purpose so that the bill Rings higher than what the items cost. One incident that happened with me was I purchased one pack of cigarettes, and three hurricanes. The bill came up to something like $44. I told the employee that he rang up three packs of cigarettes and only one hurricane. He rerun it and it ended up a little bit higher. I looked at the screen of what he had put on there and he didn't erase the first sales and did the same thing on the second cell. So he erased all of that and actually did it right where I had one pack of cigarettes and three beers. Other times they have not accepted credit card payments, coupons for cigarettes sent by the cigarette companies saying that they are eligible everywhere, and recently one of the employees would not accept my debit card that has a chip in it and told me that I can only purchase if I had a card that would tap I could just tap the card. I told him very kindly b*******. You can accept this coupon and you can also accept my card because it is the only card that I have to pay with. He said okay I'll take you over to the next register. I have been witness to noon time labor people coming in and showing the rewards that they have accumulated on the 7-Eleven reward card for a pizza or a couple of drinks or what have you and they have been denied those purchases. Multiple employees over the years have complained to me as I listen and I get that kind of thing, that they are overworked the manager doesn't pay them when they're supposed to be paid they get really angry and it's very difficult to be kind to customers and I understand that when the manager is not doing what he said he was going to do or not paying them when they have worked time and a half etc etc. I hope anyone else that are having issues do this for the employees and the customers that are coming in that store something needs to be changed."

"Asked if the pizza was fresh got to my truck it was cold and hard, it was old, no napkins to be found. Bathroom was out of order AGAIN. You sell food it's against code not to have one available. Dirty store, manager was working s a cashier employee was just sitting there watching the 10 deep line of ppl. They obviously can't run a store need to get it back to corporate ownership."

"Dear local 7-11, please bring back the regular black cold brew. The regular cold brew went away and was replaced by a vanilla flavor leaving an ultra sugary-vanilla flavor or an ultra sugar-infused mocha flavor. My office down the road keeps checking in for the regular straight black cold-brew, no luck yet but we can hope! While I am at it...in my ideal 7-11 world, there is one flavor of Bang energy that is missing from your shelves, Root Beer, Please consider adding this to your collection. It would be greatly appreciated."
