"I called this childcare to get information on price and hours of operation very unprofessional!!!! I was told to call back we are feeding the kids . Once I called back I mentioned I’m new to the area and calling around to get prices and hours of operations I let the manager know that my kids are 8 and 3 , her reply was you should take your 8 year old to the boys and girls club because it’s free and we don’t have a lot of kids his age . I then asked again for the price and hours of operation she then gave me an answer I then asked do you all pick up and drop off at schools she said o no we don’t go anywhere it’s out there Beasley is too far . So I mentioned to the owner that the young lady that I previously spoke to said it’s only 10 or 15 min the owner then said well then she gave you your answer and hung up in my face . I tired to call back and they didn’t pick up If this is how they treat a potential customer I can imagine how they may be treating the kids at the facility. Don’t take your child here unless you want to be disrespected by the owner who is caring for your kids not a good impression at all ."
