"Horrible service at the drive thru! The lady was so rude and didn't say anything to me. She just handed me my food and shut the window. If you don't want to work in customer service, find another job! My burger also tasted old. Will not go back!"

"We decided to try dine in the other day. We had not been there since near the opening. No hello. No good bye. I could not detect a smile. I believe I would describe the reaction as sullen. We were not asked if we were dining in, or if it was to go. The food apparently sat in bag on the counter until someone realized it was those folks sitting waiting at that table. We were the only ones in there. The food was not enjoyable. Perhaps we were already soured on the experience. I love Burger King. I hope this is not a typical experience. If it is, I am a sure it will not be for long and it will be improved. You want better. We want better. We want you to be great. PS : it took me this long, but I tried again. The person behind the counter was glued to his phone. He ignored us. We left, went back to our vehicle and drove across th3 street for good food and good service."

"Burger king is terrible.the Patty's taste microwaved somehow and burger is never hot when you get it it's lukewarm at best. The cheese doesn't even melt. Tastes artificial to me"
