"Their prices are between 50% and 100% over what they should be. I literally drove ten minutes and cut my “order” price in half. The employee looked me dead in the eye, shook his head, and said “I don’t think so” when I told him what I could find my items for elsewhere. The place is convenient but there is a 0% chance I’ll ever go back, that kind of markup is outrageous."
"Don't trust their posted hours, they close early. After a long day at work in Austin, I wanted a premix drink. I passed many liquor stores, but knew our community had a new liquor store and wanted to support our neighborhood store . Only when I get there, I find it locked before their posted closing hours & the employee inside motioned their register was already closed. I had one item to purchase, was using a debit card not that it matters because it was before their posted closing hours. I understand workers want to go home at the end of their shift, but don't list hours you're open if you're not going to be open. They lost my trust/ service. In the future Specs will get my business, they work their posted hours."
