"The staff was super awesome. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond their required duties to ensure my aunt was cared for and extremely comfortable during her stay. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. I have never been to a facility anywhere remotely close to the level of care and comfortable. Great job guys. Thank you and God bless."

"If I could give this facility negative stars, I would. 1. My mother was transferred to Encompass for rehab after knee replacement surgery. They put her in a room with a patient who had Covid. My mother said that patient was coughing her head off. The excuse my mother was given was, “Well, we didn’t know that patient had Covid when she came here”. 2. My mother did get transferred to a different room. The staff would not bring her pain medication or other medication on time or even close to on time. She was just laying there in pain. 3. My mother had a small skin tear on her arm that she got at the hospital. When she got to Encompass, she was told the wound care person would come look at it. That person didn’t come by. 4. Before my mother got to Encompass, she was told by the rehab liaison that she would receive some therapy over the weekend. My mother was admitted to Encompass on Friday around noon. At Encompass, my mother was told that the therapists only work Monday through Friday. 5. At some point during the afternoon, my mother had asked for some fresh ice and water. When I got there at 10pm that night, she still hadn’t received it. 6. My mother was told that she would be helped with getting a shower on Saturday morning at Encompass. That changed to, she “might” get a shower Sunday, but it would probably be Monday. Her last shower was on Wednesday morning before her surgery. 7. My mother said that some of the aides that came into her room had bad attitudes. They acted like they didn’t want to be at work and didn’t want to help. I’m sure there are some good employees at this facility, but we had a very poor experience and will never use this facility again. I went and got my mother because she wanted to leave, but what about the other patients who had to stay and put up with all this nonsense and neglect."
