"This was the first time staying here. We stayed in one of the trailers and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The cookout on Friday was great (my complements to the cook). The bad part of the trip was that the fishing stunk (BUT THAT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE RESORT!!) I just think this lake has been over fished. I did enjoy my stay there and so did my son. Thanks for the experience Eagle Nest employees I did have fun any way."

"Stayed here last 4 years and hope next year. Staff is great. Very knowledgable of lake and area. Kay and Jan will make you comfortable and feel like family. Pool always clean. View of the lake fantastic. Take a camera for the sunsets and eagles. Best fishing lake for crappie and huge bluegill. We always come home with bags of filets. Fish cleaning station is wonderful, right on the lake and you can view the lake while cleaning.Great older era rooms and housekeeping staff fantastic."
