Ambo Dance Theatre

"Ambo Dance Theatre is an amazing place to dance for youth, teens, and adults. It is extremely inclusive. They welcome all body types, gender identies, and dance levels. Unlike most studios Ambo has classes that are just for adults and not teen/adult classes. I am an adult dancer and I prefer to take class with other adults because I am no longer able to do all the things young limber teens can do. So it is so nice to have this option. Ambo Dance Theatre is also unlike most studios because they provide performance opportunities other than just dance recitals. For example, they just finished doing their Christmas show called The Graham Cracker (a Nutcracker parody). It included the adults, teens, and youth. Earlier this year the teens did a murder mystery dance show which was very entertaining, and the adult company members (yes, they have an adult dance company) went on a 3 stop dance tour just to name a few. They have community classes that include partnering, modern, and dance improvisation as well as technique classes that focus on honing your dance skills.
