"Child support is a scam as long as the commonwealth can take a cut of the money they’ll do anything they don’t care about anyone’s rights The worker that I have has been nothing but hateful and mean putting words in my mouth definitely disappointing in our justice system especially whenever I’m making less than $300 a week after the child support not able to survive"

"Even if you have the address, and place of employment, of the deadbeat they're not reactive at all, 1. they never answer the phone, 2. if you go up there to file a complaint, they say we'll have someone contact you, but they never do. I believe this place leads Shepherdsville to many problems."

"My experience has not been pleasant. While it used to seem together, it isn't. I filed for child support April 2015, that didn't even go into place until ONE full year later; both of us live here in Bullitt County. Filed for a modification in June 2018, called in the fall and was advised an order was being filed and would have paperwork for court within 3 days...nothing. Have called since and keep being told that my caseworker will call me back, crickets. It's now 1/31/19, called this morning and the receptionist even told me that there was nothing about anyone calling me back and she wasn't sure why the caseworker was not communicating for everything needed had been received (yes, I hand delivered it all) but would email my caseworker AND her supervisor. Yet again, another area of a broken system that needs overhauled."
