"I ordered 90$ worth of alcohol.. I called 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and the guy told me they were on the way it would be 20 mins. So 45 minutes later I call and they guy tells me they cancelled my order... Would have been nice to know last night when the order was placed and maybe not lied to either."

"Do not order delivery from 34 Wine and Spirits. They are consistently over an hour later than what they state will be the delivery time. When calling them, it usually goes to voicemail and when someone answers, they are generally very rude."

"I've not actually been in store, I order delivery, and every time it is quick, friendly and accurate. My delivery driver always has a mask on and it's always courteous of any special requests I may have. Aside from that the prices, customer service and speed leave me beyond satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to stay home but also receive quality care and drinks."

"The service is lacking. The person working was more focused on thier phone than helping me. They had very little in stock, when I asked for a couple of common Bourbons I was told they are very hard to get. It seems as though the owners are trying to build the business with a very meager selection. Either commit and stock and staff with real talent or close the doors."
