"Really great store. Lots of choices and options... great wine selection of not just low-end and middle tier options but they also have some pretty high-end stuff in there with people that know a great deal about not just the wines but the Vineyards as well. I've been pleasantly surprised at some of the recommendations I have been given especially when it comes to Zinfandels at this location in particular. The only negative about this location I'd say is the location of where exactly the mini-bottles are. They are right in the front like in front of the cashiers which makes it really strange to just have a bunch of people crowding that section of the store. My friend and I were in here looking at the mini's once and there was a drunk guy who just came in and stumbled by us and two employees. It was clear that he did not need any more of what he had already in his system and the customer was pretty agitated. With so much glass in the store it almost feels as if you need like a security officer or something in there at all times. I can't imagine having to work there and having to deal with something like that without the help of a security officer to be honest. Yes it was one time but even still there aren't many people working there usually and it's a massive store for just a few people to run/manage. Anyway thats my review. Peace! -DD"

"Good shop, but wish they had better wines. Bit lacking in French Rosé and would love if they had English wines like Nyetimber, Chapel Down, or Woodchester Valley."

"Went in to buy non-alcoholic beverages. I passed several employees chit chatting with each other and didn't even bother to ask if I needed help. When I did ask the lady in the front was rude and didn't even bother to try to show me where it was. I will never shop here again. It was my 1st and it will be my last. I honestly don't see your company staying open very long with the way your employees treat customers. Update to the response from total wine- you already said this to the others in the comments. I doubt you will do anything about it."

"Well stocked with a wide variety of... everything. Staff are helpful and nice. Not that big of a cold beer selection, but wine and liquor selections are amazing. They also have a classroom in the back which had 20 or so couples who looked like they were having a good time as I walked past."
