"Disappointed is an understatement. We were in the Outpost Mail room. Shower was disgusting and cobwebs everywhere. Might want to get a new cleaning lady. There is also zero privacy for the hot tub. Pictures on their website shows a full door but when we got there the door was gone and replaced with small shutters that barely cover half the entrance to the hot tub. We froze all night because the heat was not working and that was with the electric heater on high all night. I am now sick from being so cold all night. Would not stay again or recommend. We love Patti’s and came for a Valentine’s weekend and we’re sadly let down."
"Last minute trip to see lights at Grand Rivers. Thought it would be fun to stay in one of these little cabins. It was!! Very clean, which is ALL that matters to me. Very comfortable bed. If you're looking for a reasonable rate, where all you do is sleep there, this is perfect. There's no bells and whistles, just a quiet, warm, cute cabin. The Grand Rivers attractions are all a minutes walk away."
"This was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway! We had reservations at Patty's, and the walk was beautiful. Exceeded all our expectations (which were already high) . Perfect, perfect, perfect. We will stay again! We ended up extending our stay! ❤️"
"Me and my wife have stayed here twice now. Both times in the saloon, one of the units with a hot tub. The themed rooms are fun and bring a different atmosphere than that of a typical hotel room. The location is perfect for walking all around Grand Rivers, a great community with great food, drinks, and shops. It is certainly a great place to stay while visiting Grand Rivers. Would have given 5 stars except for a mess left in the refrigerator from the previous guest that housekeeping accidentally missed. Other than that, everything else was nice and clean. Owners for very polite and apologetic about this issue."
"Rooms are super cute. It would be great for a group of friends or a group of family member to stay. The porch steps need handrails. I'm not handicapped, but I do have a leg issue and it was hard going up and down the cottage steps. Also, being located next to the theater and the park, we had to listen to everything going on in the Brown Badget building that night..and 2am, vehicles revving and spin outs in the road. Great concept... just a lot of noise in the area. Might be better to visit during the week vs weekends"
