"Very disappointed. I’m a local here, just came by the see if they had a specific type of alcohol to enjoy. They had a bottle on the shelf at double the price it would normally cost but I took it as worth it since I only come to this store anyway, it’s by my house. The front desk gal said, it’s an allocated alcohol so I need 10,000 points to buy it. I only have 300 points because I’m not an alcoholic and don’t drink all the time. I would have to spend $2000 to get 10,000 points to buy 1 $80 bottle. I think this is just silly and unreasonable. The staff has always been friendly and I have suggested to people to buy from here but there really is no point in going there if you can buy what’s on the shelf."

"I called,spoke to the owner,asked if they had wild turkey,rare breed. The owner assured me that they did. 25 miles later, arrived,to my disappointment none was to be had. I needed to use the restroom,which I know they have, only to be told, the owner will not allow consumers to use the restroom. Without consumers, he wouldn't have a business. I will never, ever visit grand liquor,in splendora, texas again. You lost more than one customer. Hat's off to you."
