"Absolutely the worst customer service here. The guy behind the counter could hear my husband and I asking for a bottle of tequila over and over and ignored us and then after he checked us out, refused to give us a bag or a box to put the multiple bottles we had purchased, to the point that I had to ask for one the guy was blatantly, ignoring us for the entire time we were in the store."

"I bought two bottles and paid $100 cash and $62 on my credit card. Then I realized they changed me over priced and I informed it to cashier, He said he will fixed the issue and asked me to put my credit card back. Then he refunded all the money to my card and and asking me to pay total amount again which i don’t have enough credits on my card to pay right away. I explained this to store manager kule and district manager cristina. But they are not helpful to fix the their mistakes and ended up with steal my cash and keep for few days with them. Kule and cashier very rude manager with big attitude. Before they do such a things like this they should let know to the customer they are fully refunded cash and credit to the credit card. Zero customer service and customer satisfaction."

"Only location that has a policy that they can’t let you know if they have something in stock. Forcing you to waste time to drive across town because your time doesn’t mean anything to them."
