"My kids having been going to this daycare since April of last year and the transition from being stay at home kids to daycare kids wasn't easy but these ladies have really stepped up in our lives and made a HUGE difference in my kids lives! They are apart of our family highly recommend this daycare for anyone questioning of putting your kids in a good daycare or not"
"Took my kids here, immediately took them out. Tried to give them a second chance and still was having a bad experience. My older children would tell me a teacher would “smack” my 2 year old because she took another toy from a child. my youngest (7 or so months) would be screaming in a bouncer unattended because she was STARVING when i picked her up. They’d give me a paper informing me how many times she was fed and usually it was 2 times within an 8 hour day. my children would come home covered in snot and have the dirtiest clothes. the next day they called to ask why i took my kids out. i mentioned my older kids talking about my 2 year old getting smacked and they said they’d “investigate “ but nobody ever got back to me. i’m sure they tried to cover themselves and did a good job at it."
"Do not take your kids here !!!they lie about how much money you give them my husband give them a check and they give us back a receipt sayings that we only give them 90 dollars and that we still own them but yet his bank account says otherwise !!! Plus they made me come pick up my kid one morning not even 30 minutes later they were calling me saying that I need to come pick up my kid because she has the runs but didn't have it once when I pick her up and I had to leave my work to come get her she will ever come back here again!!"
"We spent nearly 3 weeks touring and participating in the enrollment process for this facility. I turned in my application for enrollment on 5/1/2023 and CCAP sent the contract on 5/2/2023. We were scheduled to have our one year and two year to start on Monday, 5/15/2023. We were just waiting for a call from the daycare to sign our contract for CCAP. We called several times throughout the week and each time we called, the director was not in and the contract was only in her portal. We called again today (5/12/2023) at 3p to check on the status and if we could come sign the contract. The new supervisor went to speak to the director, who we heard tell this supervisor “tell them the same thing we told the last family.” We were advised the old supervisor was fired and had enrolled several children that will have to be turned away due to lack of room. Then she proceeded to spend several minutes telling us of the drama the other supervisor has caused. I advised I was only interested in hearing from the director since we had already pulled our children from their previous daycare and this whole scenario is highly unprofessional. I was then told the director was gone for the day, I could call back on Monday if I wanted to speak to her, and that I was rude. I stated the least the facility could do is have the director call us back and I do not have time to waste on the phone since I need to find a new provider ASAP. The director is supposed to call us Monday. The director was clearly aware of our pending start date due to having the CCAP application for over a week and still did not take the time to reach out so we may make arrangements for our children."
"My 4 year old son has gone to Bright Side for over 2 years now. This has been the only daycare he has ever been too. When he first stared he was shy, antisocial, and had problems with speech development. Since he has been there he has completely opened up. He is now very social, loves meeting new people, and no longer requires speech therapy. The therapist said that he speaks better than most children his age. And because of them he now knows the entire alphabet, all the colors, numbers, and he knows how to add. Preschool recently denied my son because he was too advanced for the program. He absolutely loves it there. Everyone is very good with the kids. I believe my son is a better person because of them."
