"Community Nuisance and eyesore. Signage has been falling down for years. Building has never been updated. Long since lost their Spec’s license, but continue to display Spec’s likeness. Owners allow loitering on premises. Since this business doesn’t provide any trash receptacles, Passerby's’ who note this location as a good place to stop and hang out, eat, drink and dispose of trash on the grounds. Routinely, trash is scattered everywhere and ends up on the streets and lots of neighborhood and neighboring businesses. The world around us disrespect our community because they believe we don’t care about it either. Our community must start demanding more accountability from community businesses."
