Reviews of Norton Children's | Infusion Center
"These providers are very kind and caring towards my son. They do a great job in the areas that matter the most and are very knowledgable in their profession. Because infusions require the involvement of MDs, nurses, pharmacies, schedulers, and parents, things may take longer and not run as smoothly as we would like, but at the end of the day, this is a fantastic place doing good work."
"I was here, for a shot, at the infusion center. It has been a difficult process getting the shot. The first time it was at the wrong place, second time found out only one person can give me the shot, the third time no one can give me the shot on one of the floors in the building. I finally got my shot after a hard time of planning, and it took them 30 minutes to prepare the shot, and we had informed them we would be there. Then, they made us wait 30 minutes to see the side effects. We were told we only had to wait 10-15 minutes. This could’ve been a misunderstanding but they need to be more organized."
