"Staff was so friendly. As new patients we were in and out in no time, Dr Nieto was so friendly and helpful. She really made us feel good about switching doctors. I really liked this place a lot so thankful for them and their staff."
"Straight trash. No one there cares about their patients nor pay attention to anything!! Couldnt confirm appt and they misdiagnosed my son Looking to switch ASAP !! If I could give them 0 stars I would."
"If you want rude front desk representatives, and a 45 min waiting room time then this is the office for you. Also they call CPS for “malnutrition” & “medical neglect” from missing a hearing appointment. so I had to seek a professional nutritionist and he never in his life classified as malnourished. Also told cps he wasn’t seeing his heart doctor and he had an appointment and never missed his yearly appointment to them. Take your kiddos to All IN Pediatrics like I did."
"It is a good experience when we can get an appointment. I tried to make a normal sick appointment for my son and was told it would be 34 days away. Completely unacceptable considering he has been a patient there since he was born and now he is 8!"
"We always have a great experience here when we can actually get an appointment to be seen. I'm just really confused on why insurance sets us up with a primary care provider when we have to wait weeks or months to see our primary care provider. I remember growing up as a child and seeing the same Dr everytime. Now we have to anticipate our children getting sick and hoping we can even get in to see the Dr. Like today my child is sick, well has a cough and they are like we can't get you scheduled to be seen. They referred us to an urgent care at a Walgreens. Can someone explain why we even bother to have a primary Dr when we can't be seen by our primary Dr and have a better response at an urgent care facility. And as they say they provide the same service. So if it's the same service again why do we have a primary care physician?"
