"My grandmother was admitted to this facility due to her dementia. They had her on so much medication that she had to be rushed to the hospital unresponsive from an overdose. We did not allow her to go back to the facility after being released from the hospital. She had lost weight, had bruises that could not be explains, and was heavily medicated. We of course weren’t allowed to see her because of “Covid”"

"One of the worst places to admit your family for admittance. Don’t take your family members here if you want to see them get proper treatment. Rude patient services, lack of proper communication with family practitioners, solely money hungry. Did not receive and any proper treatment plan or referral for my family. Can’t believe places like this is still functioning."

"My mother’s care there was great, but it’s been 3 months now and their billing department will not contact me and still hasn’t billed my mom’s insurance. I don’t want to get stuck with a bill the insurance refuses to pay, because they waited too long to send in the charges. Apparently their business doesn’t have a central office to contact, everyone works from home and you only can talk to an answering machine and no one returns calls."

"I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. My dad was there for 2 weeks. In that short 2 weeks, he fell 5 times, lost 10 lbs and was sent back to the nursing home a zombie. He was black and blue from head to toe, had a black eye and a cut over his eye. We were never allowed to see him because they kept saying another patient had Covid. Do everything you can to keep your loved one out of this so called hospital!"
