"Worst worst worst!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!! The front desk woman is very very rude, annoying and irritating!!!!! They knock at the door despite hanging DO NOT DISTURB! Bangs the door as if they wanna break the door and acts like we are staying for free. Never ever going back. I booked because of the location. However never returning!"

"Long but worth it review to read. I booked this hotel because the pictures made it seem very clean and nice and it was a great deal for a weekend getaway for my sister and her family. They came in late on a Friday night and spent part of the day Saturday with us. Saturday evening, we were not spending time together since myself and my fiancé had an employee party to attend for Christmas. Saturday evening my niece was in the bathroom and noticed roaches. They took photos and videos immediately and went down to the front desk and they were told that the staff made a note in 'their book'. They did NOT contact the general manager. That evening, my sister left the hotel and headed home because she was terrified of them being in her belongings or luggage. Sunday comes around and I stopped by on my way to Sams Club so that I could speak to the GM. Upon arrival, I was told that the GM was out for the day and wouldn't be back until Monday when in reality, she had only left for church and would've been back later that day. AGAIN, the staff mentioned NOTHING to the GM. I called the GM on Monday and practically got told I was a liar and how the hotel had been recently renovated and they didn't have bugs and they have someone who sprays for bugs for prevention and how this gentleman hadn't seen anything either. Clearly, from previous reviews, this hotel isn't as clean as it is made to look. ALSO after talking to the GM I did not receive a refund. I will NEVER book with Comfort Suites ever again. They have completely tarnished ANY faith I may have had in them."

"Super great stay, rooms are upscale, clean and sleek. We visited for one night, and would definitely stop here again! Free breakfast, an indoor pool, and easy check in and check out! Great decor too."

"I made reservations for 2 handicap accessible rooms. There were no assist bars in the restroom or shower in either room. The shower in our room had no shelving whatsoever to place shampoo, etc. Had to sit it on the floor of the shower. I had to help my 6' 5" husband with his bathroom need as this was definitely not a handicap accessible room. Had we not been exhausted as well as having put our stuff in the room I would have questioned what happened. Everything else was nice. Verify with hotel if you have specific needs."

"The trip was amazing up to one night we came back from being gone all day found our door wide open. Room service hadn't been there,and they were in the middle of a remodel. When we brought it up to the manager in the morning all they could do was apologize and make up excuses. Then when we checked out all they did was promise us a free night stay next year but wouldn't give us something in writing."
