"The rooms are clean and set up to be very functional with lots of hooks, liquid soap, etc. Nothing fancy. The staff were fine. Many times they were on their phones or whatever but did get up to help when I approached. It didn’t bother me but definitely wasn’t the best service I’ve had. The area was not the safest option so I was little scared to get gas at night alone. Not too many restaurants or anything close by. I loved that they did have EV charging for my car."

"I have been remiss by not making a proper effort to collect the names of the employees that I encountered before leaving this compliment, but Google popped up and I wasn't prepared. I'm going to do this extemporaneously. I think the young woman who is at the front desk is named Stephanie? She's the one that works at 3:00 a.m. . She is a shining light on a dark stormy, snowy, s h i t t y night. From the moment I walked in the hotel I felt welcomed. During my brief stay at this hotel, I managed to leave some personal property and the manager, again I do not have the name and I'm embarrassed by that. Is it Chris? Travis? I don't know if I'm getting closer or not, I will call the hotel and then I will come back and edit this. I'm driving right now, so let me focus, this is also being done with talk to text so who knows what Google's going to write. It can't understand my accent. Back to business, the manager immediately alerted me that I'd left my phone, he took it upon himself to FedEx it to me in California. I think that everybody knows that since the pandemic customer service has fallen off of a cliff and people just don't give a_______ anymore. That is not the case with the staff of this hotel, it operates like a finally tuned machine being run by a professional team of outstanding individuals. "See pics attached to this review for all you need to know regarding our rooms cleanliness. The staff seemed to always be bothered and unprofessional. Our room during a 4 day trip was never cleaned. We requested to speak with management and never received a call. Not a good option for a trip with several days stay since they don’t give you a closet or dresser."

"The location was in a great area. We are Hilton honors members and visit locations often. The room was flawless and updated, very comfortable for myself, fiance, and dog... The shower was amazing!!! Outside has an area for your dog and bags for after they do their business. Staff was friendly and accommodating!!!"

"Erin, Ricky, James, and Grant at the front desk are great! We enjoyed them so much and were very accommodating and friendly. They are the reason for the 5/5 service review. We recently had to stay due to issues with our plumbing at our house. Rooms were neat and clean. Some front desk workers acted like we were a bother to ask for things, or acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there or to help anybody, to the point we felt uneasy about asking for extra towels or toilet paper. Overall a great hotel, very clean, and organized. Outside was clean, no trash ever. 9/10 overall."
