"We had to make the difficult decision to disenroll our child from Kiddie Academy due to several critical issues, particularly concerning the management's incompetence. Our experiences with the owners Ali and Samina, were extremely disappointing. Their lack of professionalism and accountability for the children was evident. Ali's dismissive attitude and refusal to review serious incidents demonstrated a severe neglect of duty. We observed distressing lapses in basic childcare. For instance, there were days when our child received only one diaper change (in a full day), leading to discomfort and health concerns. This neglect continued despite our discussions with the staff and is a direct violation of state childcare standards. The daycare struggled with providing a stable environment, marked by frequent staff changes and poor communication. Every morning the children were received by a new person or new classroom. We hoped for a nurturing and professional environment at Kiddie Academy, but our expectations were not met, leading to our decision to disenroll. The lack of attention to basic childcare standards and the management's indifference to serious concerns were the primary reasons for our decision."

"Amazing educators, the curriculum is indeed one of the best. I see amazing progress in my son on a daily basis. Truly appreciate leadership being attentive and available. Big thank you to Ms. Uranda & Ms. Jenny (director) for being so patient and compassionate in the mornings during drop off (when the little ones are still grouchy). "I do not recommend this daycare. The facility is very nice and some of the educators were great, but there was no structure or consistency. I was dropping my child off to different classrooms and teachers every other day even after 3 months of it being opened. They have a staff shortage and the food being offered to the students was of low quality. We were also told that we would have access to cameras if you we paid $50 dollars per month, but did not find out until later that it was only for 30 minutes each day. They are also not very receptive to parent feedback and there is a lack of transparency. They seem to care more about revenue than doing what is best for the children. We switched our child to another school and there was a night and day difference in terms of structure and consistency. Several other parents have also decided to take their children out recently for the same reasons."

"We visited Kiddie Acadamy twice. The first time we had a tour, and the second time we took our child to see him interacting with the class. The owners are accommodating and knowledgeable. We think this is a hidden gem, which we are considering carefully when our child is ready to attend a preschool program. In our opinion, it's their curriculum that sets them apart."
