Best Western Lexington Inn

"Straight shot drive to downtown Lexington. The rooms were quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little tight quarters and our TV remote didn't seem to work, but certainly wasn't a make or break situation. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but it was nice to have it included in our stay."

"It's an OK hotel Positives Great location Staff are awesome Lobby is clean and fresh Hot Breakfast Room was clean Bed was reasonably comfortable - far from the worst I'd slept on - I mean its not my own bed and its a hotel so you don't expect the best - was about 8 out of 10 for being comfortable for me Cons Continually had sausage on the breakfast - would suggest switching out breakfast meats and maybe cooking sausage a smidge more so its not grey - but overall breakfast was good Workmanship in room is kinda lacking - Hole for AC was obviously cut too large and not sealed Bathroom was tiny - Have to stand in corner to close the door and you don't want to be on the toilet when your spouse enters bathroom in middle of night Sink faucet was loose and water tended to pool on counter - pressure wasn't that great Shower pressure was very very low - second day water stopped after two minutes - I turned it off for two and it started up again for another two minutes - water tends to get hot and cold intermittently Counter top either not cut straight or not cut to fit wall - left an obvious gap at the front, door side of counter Suggestions - either make it a walk in shower and reposition toilet, or use a pocket door to provide more room. Towels - ok this is just something I find really weird - reservation is for two people and they provide three towels - Why???? Would it not make more sense to give four towels - just sayin - since the towels are pretty small and all Painting in room was shoddy - granted its a hotel and the contractors they use are not the best, but this was not good work."

"Seemed clean enough, but definitely "tired". Some paint peeling on ceiling of shower. Didn't think the small bathroom would bother me, but it did. Husband and I couldn't be in there at the same time. Would not choose to stay there again"

"Came in on MON night (8/21/2022). Door to room had damage that has not been repaired, looks to be like someone had tried to force entry. The blocker plate on the inside was loose and wobbly. Ceiling had damage in multiple spots, and had a tapcom hanging from the middle of the ceiling sheet on far side. Room had no air circulation which led to the room being very damp with an interior temp of 72/73F and exterior of 90F. Bathroom door just barely misses the toilet when opening, and you have to squeeze between the toilet and sink if you need to shut the door. Due to the damp condition and the loudness of the AC I could barely fall asleep. The receptionist was very accommodating, but I could not stay another night. Only stayed due to arriving at 8pm, and having to work at 5am the next morning."

"Great hotel! Staff was extremely courteous and friendly when I interacted with them at the front desk and the breakfast area. The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable! The pool was average…rather small but served the purpose for a quick dip. The breakfast selection was great in my opinion! The location was easy to access right off the I75. It was close to a gas station as well as fast food and a Walmart. Would stay again!"
