"TERRIBLE CORPORATE ORDER SERVICE I placed a corporate order for 49 people 3 and a half weeks before I needed them to be delivered. Upon placing the order, it took 3 business days for anyone to respond. Most items and 2 levels of backup items were out of stock. It took days for the account manager to respond with what was in stock and by the time they responded, something else would go out of stock. They assured me that even though items were ordered and shipping the week before my event, I had nothing to worry about and everything would make it on time. At this moment, 9 of my 49 items HAVE NOT SHIPPED, and 9 more are still in limbo on the back of a FedEx truck. It is now a week past the day of my requested delivery date and 2 days past the date of the actual event. Only 5 packages were actually delivered on the date guaranteed to me. Did I mention that each package had at least a $20 shipping fee associated with it? Overall just a huge failure for corporate orders and I will not ever use wine.com again."
"Absolutely Terrible Experience. Worst Customer Service. I had placed an order on December 5th for a shipment of wine. A label was created on the 8th of December. For a week it sat at label created, so I called to see what the issue was. They told me shipping was behind and it would be moving shortly. By the 15th of December 4 days after scheduled delivery I called again. They gave me the same excuse. So i asked to cancel the order. They said they would and it would be 5-7 days to process. 2 weeks later I called back after not receiving the refund and they told me one was never started and they could not process it if the package was in transit. However the package never left their warehouse, it was lost. They tried to create a new shipment and refund it. Needless to say after 6 phone calls, and no refund a month later, I'm done with this company. They have stolen my money and given me nothing. They refuse to refund me and constantly gave me the run around. I beg you to not use this company for your own sanity, its not worth the frustration should anything go wrong. They literally do not care about their customers."
