"Probably one of the worst hotels that I have had to review. unbelievably greedy (1) they want you to PAY to park there (2) most hotels give you complimentary water they not only do not give you FREE water they put a label on water dont make the mistake I made I took them home only to find out that they charged me $5.00 a bottle and added it illegally to my credit card total cost of water $10. The front desk was unbelievably rude and discourteous and told me I was rude. Broken chair in my room. The room was filthy AND I found a champagne cork under the desk."

"We stayed for a night at this hotel. The hotel is alright. I think it's due renovation. Our room's carpet looked old and dirty. Nothing a cleaning crew could do to make it appear clean. The bathroom door is obstructed by a toilet and won't close. The lady who checked us in was very rude to speak with. We made a few requests and her response was very rude. The hotel also requires paid parking which they do validate but I had to ask for it myself as opposed to the hotel staff making me aware."

"Stopped in on a work trip for a few days. Everything was great!!! The location was great and offered easy access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were immaculate. The breakfast was great and offered a variety every morning. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable."

"In our 3 week stay over the holidays we had a few issues. We had intended to stay for a week but due to complications we had to extend our stay. Upon attempting to extend our stay we got over charged (on accident) by the younger lady that works the front desk. Once her coworker noticed what she had done the coworker fixed it, refunding us over 200 dollars. So we calculated our funds and expenses to determine how long before we absolutely had to leave or we would run out of money. Upon checking out on the day that we extended our stay until we find out that we've been charged another 290 dollars for the next night. After having stolen the remaining balance in our account we are told by the same lady that overcharged us the first time it'll be 5 days before we get the money back that was stolen from us by the hyatt front desk. (On accident) No idea how they have any stars with how unprofessional this experience has been. I recommend any other hotel unless you have more money than sense."

"We booked a stay at this hotel in order to move our son off to college. We had originally booked the complete wrong date, over a month off, but the front desk was able to help us straighten everything out quickly after a long day driving. Maybe five minutes at the front desk. The first floor was very updated and nice. We were on the third floor. Halls looked similar to an old holiday inn. But the room was as to be expected for a Hyatt. Absolutely worth the little higher cost and why we try to always book Hyatt. You never feel cramped. Though I will say, look into the placement of the bed next to an ac unit. I think we were in room 300. Actually sit down and try it. No matter how careful or slow I got up, I always stubbed my toe on it. We took a look at the breakfast, and it looked reasonable, but we passed to go hang with our son instead, the next morning."
