"This place used to be ok, normal doctor office with normal appointment times.. my family has decided to move on from this location as it’s like playing the Lottery to get into an appointment sooner than 2-3 months out. They have taken on too many patients.. wait 3 months for the dr to see you for 2 minutes. The last straw for me was fighting for my blood pressure medication every time it’s up for refill.. no response from provider until I physically walk into the office & have the front desk get a message in or call & demand a message gets to my dr. I’ve been through this scenario 4 times! Being left without a medication, such as blood pressure medicine, is unacceptable & no patient should have to go through this stress. I really liked my nurse/dr until I realized she just doesn’t have the time to handle what she once did, before being overloaded with patients. Sad story, but have moved on to a better, more convenient location- who promises this will never be a problem for them, nor myself. Breath of fresh air!"

I saw another APRN who was very helpful. Sarah, my regular provider even stopped by to check on me and wish me well. I am recovering with the meds prescribed! I appreciate their concern and fast service."
