"I was pretty sick yesterday and couldn’t find an appointment anywhere. All of the immediate care centers were completely full. My regular provider at NCMA was also full. But they were able to squeeze me in with another provider. Deanna Valdivia was so friendly and empathetic, as was her medical assistant. Exactly what I needed when I felt so ill. The care this office provides is always outstanding. Thank you!"

"I made new patient appointments a few months ago for my husband and I, but my husband recently found out he won't be able to make his appointment due to a work responsibility. I called the office to ask that he take my slot because he has a more pressing health concern than I do, and I knew if he cancelled and tried to reschedule, it would be another couple of months waiting for a new patient appointment. The front office employee quickly canceled my appointment, but then told me that my appointment that she had *just* cancelled was no longer available for my husband. That was the whole point of my call....to give him that appointment! It was later explained to me that someone else was scheduled in that slot by another scheduler in the brief moments between her cancelling my appointment and attempting to reschedule my husband. Now mid-January is the soonest we can be seen after we already waited months for the November appointments. The scheduling staff seemed unable to do anything to make it right. So frustrating."

"I would give my primary care physician five plus stars, but chronic difficulty contacting anyone by phone and problems in the laboratory bring the overall rating down to three and half, so I'll give four. Several times I have appeared for labratory appointments, and after signing in and waiting my turn was told that they can't find my lab orders, make a new appointment and come back later. The fact that I had a paper copy of the orders in hand made no difference. If they couldn't find it on the computer it wasn't valid. "Next patient please." Big free parking lot, but hard to find an empty space sometimes. Handicapped reserved parking spaces nearly always full. The entire complex is otherwise fully accessible."
