"Great doctors and other staff but do not try to get medical records from this office if you so happen to leave the practice. It is like pulling teeth. It’s been over a month and still no records sent and I’m having to drive 3 hours just to obtain medical records since they don’t fax medical records for when they state they are going to. I, myself was even seen when I was a kid here so I have great experience up until this moment. I don’t know if this lady is new or she just isn’t with the great customer service that the other office staff delivers. Either way it’s unfortunate of the situation. But everybody else and dr have been absolutely lovely. You should be in good hands as long as no medical records are needed."

"Absolutely loving the new set-up and building! So glad they finding better medical office and the amount of spacing inside is sooo much more than old office not to mention parking spaces!!! We visiting the WELL side which probably both are the same other than one for sick one for well waiting rooms. The patient rooms are way bigger too and very organize with new equipment which always nice. Only problem I having is we got there early for our appt and signing in but apparently glitch in new computer system bc while I was there we got phone call stating we were no shows even though we were playing in the waiting room. They were very quick to correcting once I went to front desk to saying what is happening?! So hour wait in waiting room was glitch and not the usual waiting time which I would imagining is same as old office around 5-15 minutes. Dr. Newstadt definitely apologizing for the mix-up and so did the nurses and front desk. Just strange we were right there I watching her putting us into computer so not sure which part glitch is out but hoping it was fix so other families didn't having going through this. Just asking front desk after 5-10 minutes to ensuring computer registering for your family. Double checking is always good especially with setting up in new offices with new system equipment."

"Great place with decent doctors (we LOVE Dr. Baum but the other providers we've seen weren't our cup of tea)... The biggest issue I have (and why I docked 2 stars) is that they make it impossible to make plans around your appointment because they're constantly calling you to reschedule. I've had the same appointment get moved around 3 TIMES. Can we just pick a time and stick with it?! They originally had the appointment for 7/20 at 9. Then it was moved to 7/21 at 9. Then back to the original date and time... THEN AGAIN to the same day, but a few hours later. It's impossible to make plans or ask for a day off when I can't trust them not to move the appointment they give me a bunch of times. Giving me whiplash over here."

"We have been with Kaplan Barron Pediatrics since our daughter was born in 2021. Everyone is so nice and inviting. We haven't encountered anyone who wasn't pleasant to talk to. They also have same day sick visits if needed. Their on call services are quick and really helpful too, especially for a new mom! Their portal is also really nice! I'm very thankful for this practice."
