"1 yr. Old Son came in with what we know as croup now, the staff was immediate upon arrival with checking us in & once we got back to a room, the doctors/nurses were really just the greatest! They came in with toys, lights, bubbles, and were spot on with figuring things out and moving so quickly to help my son. We have heard good things about them & im glad we came here. Sandra was great to talk with for a few minutes after my son finally got some much needed rest. Thanks to the urgent care we received here!"

"Elizabeth A Montgomery, APRN tends to not listen to individuals when expressing concern. Mrs.Montgomery also tends to over talk patients in which is extremely rude. Imagine going to the hospital to be seen for something in which worries you and then you have someone like Mrs.Montgomery over talking you and excusing everything you are saying, possibly due to ego - maybe it's due to them being a teen and her thinking she has to take control. Then, having a snippy attitude when requesting another doctor because a head energy is something serious and needs to be looked into!! Might be in the wrong field! Bringing up a possible concussion but not wanting to do any testing (ex - a mri) to make sure it is a concussion and not possibly a brain bleed or anything else extremely serious is incredibly neglectful. Do not recommend!"

"My son had an accident and his ear was bleeding. He was checked by an incompetent APRN in July 2022. She didn’t even look in his ear and handed us a prescription we couldn’t afford (And we have very good insurance). A month later, I get a bill for $1400!! Here it is November and they decided to send me another bill for the “doctors” fee. There’s a lot of suspicious things going on here and these days aren’t uncommon. Do yourself a favor and go to your pediatrician or clinic unless it’s absolutely necessary to go to this ER."

"Dr. Morgan is fantastic, the nurses are all so kind and I feel like they actually listen to me. Sometimes we do have to wait longer than I'd like but I try to think that if it were my son he was with and my child needed more time than we originally thought that he would take 5 minutes rather than rush us out the door. I've had small complaints here and there but the quality of care my sons receive and the concern Dr. Morgan shows will keep us coming back as long as he is there!"
