"Horrible, if you can possibly wait to see your regular doctor, please wait. The last two visits I have made with them I have been told “ you have a viral infection, go home drink plenty of liquids and get some rest”. Then, only a couple of days later being no better having to see my regular doctor to be told I have a full blown sinus infection. Not everything is viral! My doctor prescribed me meds and I was some better the next morning. Urgent care caused me to miss 3 days of work by not giving me a correct diagnosis and meds I needed. They did not help me one bit but they did send me a very expensive bill yo pay. Please, go somewhere else!"

"I went here last week and was very disappointed. I understand it was close to closing but rushing a patient through and telling them how ready you are to leave is not very professional. Everyone said that except the receptionist. I could understand them saying it outside of my exam room but they said it directly to me. Even the physician said it to me which made her spending a max of 5 minutes talking to me about what was going on worse. I came in for severe ear pain and left with nose spray. I get the two are connected but what about the fluid behind my ear? What about the pain and ringing? She didn't explain at all about how this would help before rushing me out the door."

"Used to be a good place to go for care. Not anymore. Won't go there again. My husband went there last Friday & needed meds to get well before surgery. Dr (?) didn't give him any meds. Saw reg Dr today & got 2 prescriptions. But may not get well in time to have surgery. If I could give a zero rating, I would."

"4x the price of Kroger’s little clinic up the street but very much worth it (unless you’re just trying to buy a sick note). They cared. They were friendly. They were busy but took care of everyone. They gave me great advice and they got to the bottom of my condition instead of just telling me to take day quill until I felt ok."
