"Yesterday I posted a very negative review regarding my experience during a sick visit to the Versailles Urgent Care facility. I did so due to what I perceived was "an outright refusal" as I put it, of care after I tested positive for Covid. This afternoon Mrs. Grider, the NP that spoke to me over the phone that day reached out regarding my post and a similar email response I had sent. After sharing our separate views on the occurrence of that day, it was clear that perceptions were not indicative of reality. We had a very productive and civil discussion once we were past the hurt we both felt about the incident. I offered my deep felt apology for the pain I had caused with my words. We prayed together and she offered follow up care for my illness. I was so appreciative that she reached out. Her compassion as a care giver is apparent."

"If you are a military family & have tri-care don’t bother to even go. They have “very strict rules”. If I could leave a zero star review I would. Not to mention the front desk always acts like you’re an inconvenience for being there."

"I was on vacation to Versailles and got sickest I’ve ever been. Within an hour I was tested for strep, covid, and flu, and since they were negative, able to come in the facility for a nebulizer treatment. Everyone was very compassionate. I have no idea if this facility is in network or not but it was worth it to be able to eat dinner tonight and get ready to travel home. I’m very appreciative for their care. Edited to add: received bill for care 4 months later. While not fast billers, the charges were very fair. Smallest urgent care bill I’ve ever received. Now I want to give them six stars if I could!"

"They told me I had take a covid test before seeing a provider and I could not refuse it. Even though I told them I just got tested by the little clinic for covid and the flu. They say it's Protocol. I believe it's an insurance scam. I'm sure they probably get a couple hundred for each covid test. I explained to them I was coming in because I think I have an intestinal infection or stomach infection. When I finally got back to see the provider, The provider there said well there is nothing we can do for and stomach infection or intestinal infection. So I would have to go to primary care or ER. Worthless don't waste your money. The blond lady behind the counter is about as rude as they come. Won't be back here I will just go to the ER or Baptist at least your treated like a human being there. How do you run a place getting there 10 mins before they open."

"I come here all the time because my primary care is alway booked out a month ahead. I have zero issues with the staff here, so it is shocking to read all the poor reviews. With the chaos of Covid, I understand the stress of being sick; but maybe cut the staff some slack from perfection & understand that they are probably stressed too with all that is going on. In fact, I am actually super grateful for the staff here because they are here to help me when my primary is scarcely available. I find everyone there to be very nice & the MD/NP taking care of my needs. Plus, they have dogs here!!!! Again, no issues here from me. Just super grateful for medical attention!"
